The tank sample is ruby red. It delivers a pristine nose of black tea, sour cherry and strawberry against an earthy backdrop. In the mouth, it’s polished with a terse texture that will channel the silkiness once bottled, helped by the stem. Good tension and freshness.

Its natural acidity and tannic structure with soft, modeled tannins provide balance and elegance with a long finish. It is a unique wine that expresses in a very direct way the terroir from which it comes.
