Description

The vines grow on soils with lime and slate subsoils, giving the wine a lovely mineral freshness. The wine is aged in steel tanks before it matures for 21 months in new French barriques.

Subsequently, the wine is aged for another 6 months in used casks. The Aalto PS is a dark, dense purple in colour. Its bouquet is characterised by strong notes of wood and flavours of plums and black cherries.
