Along with some apricot, cantaloupe, kiwi, starfruit and orange. Edamame and elderflower. Slight earthy mushrooms as well. Nice acidity, dry and very drinkable. Incredible wine. A favorite. Honey citrus white pepper tangerine peach – a roommate said it tastes like soap and now he’s evicted.

Bruised peaches, rose hips, amphora aged, kinda floral, savory, herbs, rosemary, apricot. Pretty mellow actually for how hazy this bad boy is. Opens up a bit into some stemmy, barnyard vibes.
