Flavours of Lime and lemon zest as well as a clear underlying minerality. A hint of herbaceous flavours and pleasant salinity. Notes of lemon and lemon zest; white flowers and minerals. Hints of herbs and white pepper. 

A very fruity and expressive wine with an elegant finish enhanced by the three months of lees contact post-fermentation. Bright with a greenish hue. Citric aromas and delightful minerality combine with subtle, herbal notes.
